We offer a single, prix-fixe menu, based on classical and traditional cuisines of various world's regions, including:
the Mediterranean Basin, the Austro-Hungarian kitchen and bakery, and the American West.
Emphasizing organic non-GMO plant based foods.

In keeping with our seasonally inspired menu, principally we suggest light-bodied wines during Spring and Summer,
and heavier full-bodied wines in Fall and Winter.
