Menu

We offer a daily, single prix-fixe menu-

composed in accordance with our seasonal crops,

 responsibly raised  meats, and wild caught fish and seafood.

Emphasizing plant based organic and non-GMO ingredients.

The daily menu is based on classical and traditional cuisines 

of the Mediterranean basin, the Austro-Hungarian kitchen and bakery,

and  the American West.

Wine pairing suggestions:

In keeping with our seasonally inspired menus,

principally we suggest light to medium bodied wines during spring & summer

and full bodied wines during autumn & winter
