 A self-taught chef raised in the Mediterranean Basin, inspired by the various regional cuisines of

France, Spain, Morocco, Israel and the Austro-Hungarian kitchen and bakery. 

Trained as an artist (Fine Arts Academy, Vienna, Austria) and a classical musician.
